Unclear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheaty notes, moderate hoppy, flowers, grapefruit notes, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Refreshing. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at St Albans Beer Festival, September 2007. Muddy gold colour. Strongly estery, with plenty of bubblegum and banana. Mouthfeel is a little soft but definitely a decent German style wheat.
