COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This golden ale has a distinct Belgian flavor. Slightly sweet with a dry finish that pairs well with most foods. Subtle yet complex flavors give way to an earthy, citrusy tart finish. Ideally served at 45-50F to best reveal its tart complexity with apple, pear, plum skin, and honey finish.

Nose of pitted fruit, yeast, with a hint of citrus. Pours a hazy golden amber with a mostly lasting white head and no lacing. The taste is bitter with fruity notes. Pitted fruit, Belgian yeast, spice and some grain in the finish. Medium body with fizzy carbonation. Ovall, very drinkable. Another nice summer sipper.
