he beer pours a red-amber color with a white head. I get a lot of cinnamon in the aroma, about what I have come to expect from a holiday beer. The flavor is a bit more complex. >> Clear amber pour with yellow highlights. Highly carbonated. Weak head retention. Swathes of lacing. Nose is apple, anesthetic, cinnamon, baked apple, strawberry. Odd though. Taste is cinnamon, toffee, bitter. Palate is dusty, chalky.
Tap at Brewed. Pours a ruddy maroon color. Very little carbonation. Aroma is spice, ginger and light malts. Flavor is strong with a particular spice. Reminded me of a dead, drying Christmas tree. Not my fav.

Pours dark amber with a thin tan head. Less sweet and spiced than the description on the bottle would lead you to believe.

Poured a medium garnet colour with a faint head. Nose was mild spice. Slight spice across the tongue. Alcohol well hidden.
