COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
More than a beer, this is a state of mind. Yogi has a rich copper color with aromas of honey, oak, lavender and black tea. Saigon cinnamon, clove, ginger, cardamom, and black pepper create an exotic flavor profile. Caramel notes are offset by rich tannins. Ideally served at 50 - 55°F.

(draught at common table) deep rich amber-rose, creamy head. Nose of clove, cinnamon, ginger. Taste of earth, bit dirty, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, longer is not great, very dirty.

On tap at the Common Table’s 2nd anniversary party. The beer pours an amber color with an off-white head. The aroma is very spicy, as expected. I get some cinnamon and clove notes, as well as some additional spices that sort of all run together. The flavor is also extremely spicy and somewhat of a mess. There is some clove and cinnamon once again, as well as some ginger and some earthy tea notes. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. There is a ton going on here, which I think takes away from the overall beer since it is a bit of a mess.

Deep amber with a cream head. Nose is spices, tea, lemon, all over the place. Easy on the palate, tea, spices, herbs, and a clean finish.

Lets see what kind of state of mind and wine tannins we can squeeze out of this deep brown filtered brew with a pittance of a white head. The aroma is loader wih nutmeg and Ginger. No, not her, the root. It tastes like a straight dope Ginger snap with all its breadiness. LOL. 9 triz’at yo! It’s got a creamy backend to compliment all that cinnamony Ginger cookiness. Sheez, just give me a coookie already!

22oz bottle 11/12/13 (Whole Foodd-Lamar) Pours a dark amber with no head. Aroma of spices, roasted malt, and slight caramel. Taste of spices and more spices. Almost like Apple cider. This medium bodied brew is different and still tasty.

If you know anyone who complains that so-called "spiced" beers don’t contain enough spices give them one of these. Not that it’s the greatest, just that there are arguably excessive quantities of an excessive number of different spices.

Big Texas Beer Fest. Brown orange pour with a small white head. Aroma is mint, yeast, and ginger. Taste ismore mint and yeast, bubble gum, and a little pepper.

On tap at Jack Mac’s in Dallas. Pours amber with one finger of off white head. Aroma is cardamon and cinnamon. A bit overbearing. Not much else in the flavor. Overall drinkable, but overly spiced.

Poured a slightly deep amber with good lacing. Faint chai nose. In the mouth it is spicy like a chai tea. Very nice.

Cola colored pour with a khaki head. Aroma is tea, cinnamon, and ginger but a bit odd. Taste is tea, ginger, clove, and cinnamon. Taste is better than the aroma.
