The beer pours an amber color with an off-white head. The aroma is very spicy, as expected. I get some cinnamon and clove notes, as well as some additional spices that sort of all run together. The flavor is also extremely spicy and somewhat of a mess. There is some clove and cinnamon once again, as well as some ginger and some earthy tea notes. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Lets see what kind of state of mind and wine tannins we can squeeze out of this deep brown filtered brew with a pittance of a white head. The aroma is loader wih nutmeg and Ginger. No, not her, the root. It tastes like a straight dope Ginger snap with all its breadiness. LOL. 9 triz’at yo! It’s got a creamy backend to compliment all that cinnamony Ginger cookiness. 22oz bottle 11/12/13 (Whole Foodd-Lamar) Pours a dark amber with no head. Aroma of spices, roasted malt, and slight caramel. Taste of spices and more spices. Almost like Apple cider. This medium bodied brew is different and still tasty.

Cola colored pour with a khaki head. Aroma is tea, cinnamon, and ginger but a bit odd. Taste is tea, ginger, clove, and cinnamon. Taste is better than the aroma.
