---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light beige weak head. Dark amber colour. aroma is malty with biscuits and fruity (dried fruits and prunes) and gently roasty caramel notes. Flavor is malty with caramel and fruity (prunes and dried fruits) tones, ending in a balanced finish. Light to medium bodied.

Kuparinruskea olut hyvin niukalla, miltei samantien katoavalla vaahdolla. Pettymys.

Bottle, 355mL. Home. A sparkling mahogany amber beer with a medium off-white head ; medium retention. Resin, candied fruits, caramel, herb, roast. Light to medium sweet, medium dry bitter refreshing. Medium body, thin texture, average carbonation, fruity bitter dry finish. Overall, enjoyable !

Amber pour, mostly absent head. Nose is nice medium kilned malt. Little sweet. Middle is beautiful caramelized grain with a sweet toffee kick and some woody undertones. Finish is evenly bittersweet.

Sabor intenso e predominante do malte torrado.

On tap @ De Wildeman. This is a good looking deep amber one, near clear in the glass and with a nice big lasting beige head. On the nose it has a nice sweet berry fruitiness, some stickiness detected but it smells quite nice. Tasty. It has a soft roasted element. That’s at least the first thing I noticed with this one. In the mouth it’s nice and mild oily while the carbonation is comfortably gentle. Just the way I like it. Quite flavorful amber. Hints of green coffee beans, it’s slightly mouthdrying also. Hints of cocoa actually! Yeah, that’s it. Dry cocoa powder. Lots of flavor. Highly enjoyed. 25.09.2014
