Bottle @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Hazy medium amber red color with a frothy fair lacing mostly diminishing off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, roasted, moderate hoppy, earth. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. yespr (45508) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUN 4, 2008
22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy amber with a creamy tan head. Malt and light woody hops aroma. Medium sweet first flavour impression followed by a mild breadish malt base and a solid fruity and wooden hops flavour. Goes solid bitter- and dryness into the finish. Solid, yet not much more. A deep red beer with a small orange disappearing head. The aroma is extremely hoppy with notes of sweet malt, oil, and grass. The flavor is also very hoppy with notes of caramel, grass, and some burnt notes. The hops dries out the tongue. The body is thin, and all in all this beer is not in harmony, but it is still a fine beer. joergen (28164) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 4, 2005

UPDATED: OCT 26, 2003 Bottled, named Sea Otter Amber Ale.
Reddish brown, crystal clear with small head. Flowery aroma. Lightly roasty with hard, clean mouthfeel and a rugged very bitter finish. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 20, 2005
(Bottle 35, 5 cl) Clear, dark amber with a handsome, off-white head. Quite light-bodied - almost watery. Lovely caramelish nose. Dry with notes of roasted malt and caramel with a short, hoppy finish. 031205 madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - NOV 15, 2009
22nd July 2008. Brown ale. Plenty of tea like malt with a creamy feel. Seamlessly blends in to some medium hops which are not overly bitter. Tastes a little English Ale to me! cgarvieuk (24536) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - FEB 13, 2008
Bottle at home ... more copper than amber colour ... fruity american hop ... deep rich resin hops ... little soft malt in base ... fruity bitterness ... little hop spice ... little drying ... Easily drinkable
