Pacman Yeast & Free Range Coastal Water.
Tap. Rogue Ale House California– Eugene. Rusty, litghtly milky, less than most IPAs. Smells of caramel, ginger and bean sprouts. Tastes of dark and jubilant hops. Palate is full, but not heavy, gentle to the mouth
On tap at Rogue Ale House – Eugene. Pours a medium copper color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is caramel malts, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied ‘imperial red’. Malts are caramel, fruity and sweet. Hops are floral and earthy. Nice carbonation. It has a lot of maltiness yet it has a lot of hoppiness. There is a touch of residual bitterness that last a LONG… time. Crisp and crisp. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
delicate hop nose, clearish brown body and a lingering white lace, not an especially ’strong’ flavor, but one worth tasting, I had a half yard of the 100 meter for my birthday because the Rogue house is the cat’s pajamas and my pajamas are your pajamas, clean finish with crispy malts and that little hop tingle
