The aroma is hops, citrus and a little coffee. Pours copper/brown with big light tan head, mostly diminishing and excellent lacing. The taste is a medium bitter, a nice bite. The body is medium, the texture creamy, the carbonation lively and the finish long. A very good beer, the coffee adds a different flavor and enhances the bitterness.

Can. 7.5%. Best before 30.06.18. Pours a hazy, deep amber with a ligh tan head. Good lacing. Citrus hop aroma, a wee bit funky, with a distinct (chocolate-y) coffee note, a light ashy note, and malt in the background. Flavour is hoppy and malty, with a note of (cold) coffee, as well as light ashy, spicy and citrus notes. Dry, bitter finish, a wee bit tart, with a hint of liquorice. Lingering light ashy note, berries, and a mild alcohol burn. Low carbonation. Overall good, but I think the different notes clash a bit. 02.12.17.

Clear dark amber with a white head. Aroma is fruity, sweet caramel with strong notes of coffee. Taste is exotic fruit and strong espresso coffee with a bitter finish.

Lata. Clear deep golden, medium white head. Nice hoppy coffee strange but really pleasant aroma. and flavour, good bitterness, easy to drink, actually quaffable. Fresh quite different IPA in a very good way!

On tap at Yard House in Atlanta.
Pour is clear, copper colored, and topped with an excellent beige head. The head leaves a nearly complete coat of lacing on the glass.
Plenty of coffee here (with good, but not great coffee flavor), yet both hops and dark bread (grains) show up as well.
Medium-full, smooth body with near medium carbonation.

Overall: A recommended coffee beer.

Bottle bought in Germany. Pours a clear Brown/Red with a very thin white head. Starts of with fruity notes that are immediately blown away by a very strong coffee flavour combined with notes of caramel and hay. This is followed by a very dominant and long lasting bitterness from hops/coffee combination.

It is a very interesting combination of flavours which I was quite sceptic about but Rogue made it work for my tastebuds.

27-09-17 // pours a murky orange brownish beer, small head. Nose is coffee and hops. Interesting. 'Taste of roasted malts, with cold coffee notes and a solid bitter finish.

I love good coffee, particularly cold brew, and I love IPA. What could go wrong? As always, I remember the answer when I can't sleep, head buzzing like i've been drinking red bull and vodka. So, apart from the fact that I should have caffeine after 3pm, it's great! Lots of fruity, nutty, vegetably cold brew coffee on the nose. The fruitiness of the hops blends in well - no overly strong citrus or exotic fruit notes. It's about the coffee. Solid malt and bitterness as you expect from Rogue.

can @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Aroma of coffee, caramel, and neutral hops. Cloudy dark amber color, ivory head that sinks to a thick rim, broken sheets of lace. Taste is very interesting - malt is followed by bitter black coffee, which gradually grows back to semi-sweet malt, before again turning toward bitter at the finish. A lot going on here, and all of it good.
