75 cL bottle, courtesy of Phil_L (at chris_o tasting) and Papsoe (bottle given and sampled at LCRBM08). Pours clear and deep amber with a creamy tan/orange head. Aroma holds a mild peachy hops note to a solid caramel malty base. Flavour and mouthfeel is a bit sticky sweet yet also with a nice fruity hops note. Solid roasted malty and caramel flavours on the back of the tongue. Bitter finish with a distinct alcohol warmth. Ungstrup (38138) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 25, 2008

Cloudy amber beer. Gorgeous palate - silky smooth abd soft with just enough froth in mouth. Top notch! Flavour is smooth malt with a hop sharpness that threatens but never attacks. Just a pleasing hint of hop bitterness in the finish. A deft and very well put together beer.
(Bottle 75 cl) Clear deep amber golden with a tall and lively dense head with good retention and some lacing. Burned caramel in the nose as well as some alcohol. Quite full-bodied with notes of burned caramel, nuts and plenty of roasted malt. Rather bitter finish with plenty of alcohol. 180908
