3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Hazy dark amber to copper cored pour with a 2 finger, soapy beige head. Aroma starts with super fruity hops with a nice bite, a full gamut of citrus, lots of floral and a little tart tropical fruit, then some tart berry, mild toast, sweet biscuit and some floral/fruity notes that I can’t exactly pin down. Flavor is tree and berry fruit, caramel and biscuit up front, then citrus, floral, passion fruit-tropical, earthy and herbal hops, lots of fruity, berry perfume and light, but noticeable spicy, phenolic notes. Medium body, oily, syrupy and a hint of creaminess throughout along with a medium carbonation. Really tasty stuff, there are a couple off notes, but overall it was very enjoyable.
This is a big, alcoholic hop bomb of a beer. The dominant aromas are pine, honey, apricot, biscuit and a little raisin. The taste is dominated by the alcohol and pine resin, with a big oily coat all over your tongue. Not for the faint hearted, but if you just want to go large, this is certainly going to hit the spot. rane (1094) - Nibe, DENMARK - OCT 2, 2017

Taste 7/10: very hoppy indeed...taste is primarily dank hops with some hints of floral and citrus in there. Finishes with a touch of malty sweetness at the end.
Overall 16/20: a very traditional ipa. Overall dry and crisp, a good cold weather beer.

355ml bottle. Hazy golden amber with an off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, fruity, pine, orange marmalade, caramel malt. Hoppy orange marmalade taste up front, fruits, caramel, malts, earthy pine, mild spice, good bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. SimonBlok (715) - GRONINGEN, NETHERLANDS - SEP 9, 2017
35,5cl bottle at home. Appearance: almost fluorescent like orangy golden with medium yellowish head. Aroma: sweet malts, caramel, pineapple, orange, tangerine, papaya and the smell of candy shells. Taste: high sweetness and high bitterness. Notes of exotic fruits, brown sugar, light and sweet citrus fruits, hop resin and again candy shells. I can't really describe what those candies taste like, but it's identical to this beer. Palate: medium bodied, sticky texture and medium carbonation. Good IIPA that brings back some childhood memories because of the candy taste. minihame2 (723) - Oulu, FINLAND - SEP 1, 2017
