Malt aroma with a light pumpkin smell. Hazy orange color with a small white head. Moderate pumpkin and malt flavor. Full palete. ddemmingjr (890) - Chagrin Falls, Ohio, USA - NOV 25, 2013
Big bottle- pours clear burnt orange, minimal tan head. Nose is lots of spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, mild citrus and then pumpkin vegetal notes and some bread malts. Expected more spice on the tongue but the vegetal pumpkin notes come through. Thinnish with not much hop bitterness and some sweetness but the spices fade quite a bit for what the nose suggests. Drinkable pumpkin beer but the body is lacking.

Dark Orange, clear appearance. Aroma is Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, Taste is Pumpkin, Chalk, Formaldehyde. Thin feel, no carbonation. Disappointed that the Rogue finished so low in my Pumpkin Beer Evaluation.

This is the best pumpkin beer with raw pumpkin flavors that I have had. Raw flavors balance the light holiday spice flavors. Body is a little light for my liking but other than that, very balanced! puboflyons (3530) - Allenstown, New Hampshire, USA - NOV 22, 2013
From the 750 ml. bottle The pour is a nice looking mahogany brown with a modest off-white head that settles down after a few minutes. The aroma brings out the expected pumpkin spices I would expect from the style with a toasted malty sweetness thrown in. The body is medium. The taste emphasizes the maltiness more than the pumpkin and spices which made it pretty good but a slight letdown from the aroma. I kind of liked it.

Pours a hazy deep copper with a moderate slow dissipation off white head. Aroma is ginger, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin, and some malty sweetness. Flavour is ginger, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin, mild bitterness, biscuits, toast, and sweet maltiness. Overall a good balance of malt, spice, and real, pumpkin. Pours a clear dark room with a nice off white head and little lace. Aroma of sweet gingerbread, allspice, cinnamon but very desertish. Taste is ginger, cinnamon, biscuit, pumpkin, sweet malts and just very natural and we’ll balanced all around. Excellent pumpkin beer! argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - NOV 21, 2013
75cl bottle. Hazy amber body with medium beige head. Aroma is moderately sweet, allspice, some ginger. Taste is moderately sweet, bread, some nutmeg, allspice. Medium body, light stickiness. crazyvin (2026) - New York, USA - NOV 19, 2013
A nice caramel color body with an off white head that had mild retention. Aroma had a nice sweet malt presence upfront. Beer seemed to have more of a natural pumpkin aroma and flavor than most other pumpkin beers I have had. There were spice notes and sweetness. Pumpkins gave it a bitterness that was not over powering. Moderate palate. Good beer.

$11.29 Bomber Bottle, Wine Warehouse, CHO.
The big orange bottle pours a clear light brown with a beige frothy head. Smells of heavy pumpkin and light spice. Taste: tangy, malty pumpkin ale with a decent amount of spice. Not enough spice, IMO. Good, but not worth the price.
