caesar (7101) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JUN 12, 2013
Bottled. Clear copper color, short head. Aroma is really weird, some herbal and spicy notes, wheat, vegetable stock, hint of banana, hint of smoke. Bit dry, soft sweet taste. Strange combination and not really to my liking.

66.cl bottle shared at the molen monthly tasting. Odd aroma. Slightly hazy amber pour. Interesting beer but not sure i will buy it ever.

Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - JUN 11, 2013
Bottle at De Molen @ 2nd tuesday tasting, hosted by dEnk. Copper sunset pour, thin off-white head. Aroma is slightly sweaty, spicy, sweet malts, some funky tones and strange fruityness. Flavor is sweet malts, some licorice, spicy and completely off balance. Quite bad.

Bottle @ 2nd tuesday tasting. Aroma is very faint unplaceable something caramel like. Weird. Flavour is spicy herbal roasted banana caramel something. Meh.

Fatehunter (2561) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - JUN 8, 2013
Poured one finger of head on a hazy brown colored body. The aroma was a dull barnyard smell. Not bad, but not really great either. The taste had a solid rye spice to it with moderate bitterness. Pretty good. The texture was crisp with moderate carbonation. An enjoyable drink.

Sheffee (28) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - JUN 6, 2013
Dark brown colour, little to no lacing. Aroma is dominated by spice and sarsaparilla, a bit of smoke and sweet maltiness. Palate is also dominated by the spiciness. Smoke comes through more on the finish. Not much for hop bitterness but just enough to balance the sweet malt. Really unique beer, definitely for the more adventurous.

marcus (10149) - Sacramento, California, USA - JUN 5, 2013
Bottle from Total Wine, Sacramento. Pours dark brown with a rich beige head and a roasted chocolate aroma. There is a hearty rye malt flavor with bitter smoky finish.

dreamflower (790) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JUN 1, 2013
Bottle shared with northropfrye. Lovely smokey aroma, if a little faint. Nice dark rouge colour. Tastes sweetly smokey and makes me want to eat bacon. I really like this.

northropfrye (3515) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JUN 1, 2013
Nice dark brown colour with brown foamy head and nice lacing. A bit of sweet smoke aroma, but kind of faint. Taste is also rather subdued. A touch of sweet malts, some woodsiness. Kind of flat palate. Nothing too interesting here.

jeremytoni (3058) - Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA - MAY 29, 2013
From a bottle poured a brown color with a lot of head. Light toasted malty flavor with a lingering finish.
