This beer is fantastic. I love the fresh green hop aroma and flavor. I am not usually a fan of Rogue beers, but this shows that they can produce a winner. Great beer, for sure. 19Ei8hty (1166) - Washington, USA - OCT 14, 2009
As fantastic IPA as I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. Sweet nose with wafts of floral hoppiness and a light biscuity note. Strong caramel malt character with with light a subtle offering of great citrus, pine, and resin that fit together like a latex glove. Fresh hops are wonderfully showcased without being overtly abusive to the palate. Creamy mouthfeel and a solid earthy dry finish. Smooth. rich and complex - A masterpiece brew. On tap at Belgian Cafe. Pours a hazy amber. Nice off white head. First time i had it was when they just tapped the keg and it was like fresh apple cider in the appearance. The aroma is sweet, caramel, and hops. Flavor is much of the same. Really enjoyed this brew. mikedR (1561) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - DEC 13, 2012
Nice West Coast IPA. Bitter. Has a great depth -- a malty backbone perhaps is what I'm tasting? Very fresh, too.

Had on tap at The Yard House. First new rogue beer I really enjoyed in a long time. Nice happy aroma. The flavor was definitely dominated by bittering hops but that’s okay. It’s what I was craving for. Yum.

Slightly murky dark amber ale, with a small, delicate yet handsome light tan head.
Aroma is of very fresh citrusy hops, manilly i get for some reason, broiled pink grapefruit with demerara sugar scents!
Taste? very smooth, yet very hoppy.Great use of the malts to enhance the juicyness of the hop.Quite peppery near the end.
Delicious and thick palate, coats the tongue and roof of the mouth..in a good way.
Very drinkable stuff.
I see I rated this much higher than others on here..i suppose sitting at the window overlooking the Pacific waves does that! jimmythechippy (90) - , AUSTRALIA - DEC 24, 2009
now this is my kind of beer, fantastic hop aroma jumps out at you from the glass. the hop experance is explosive! Hops are fruity and well balanced with a biscuity malt flavour bpreo (2902) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - SEP 25, 2014
I was able to try a bit of this at the Eugene Brew Pub. It was very very hoppy, and I mean the good kind of hoppy. philbertk (1873) - Seattle, Washington, USA - DEC 18, 2009

Nice fruity, malty aroma,a bit of spicy hops also.
Clear amber color with a nice white head that recedes slowly.
Taste is Fruity, hops and medium maltiness with a hint of spiciness.
Medium body with an oily texture.
Bitter after taste that lasts a while.
I would classify this more as a pale ale.Very nice offering from Rogue.
Tasty and easy to drink.I can drink a lot of this.Good stuff.
