pours a really carbonated huge head pale yellow beer. Aroma is really not good, medicinal, funky, nyquil-esque. taste is actually better than aroma, sweet, ginger really comes through, perhaps to much. palate is prickly which matches the flavors but not the style. overall this is not great and even without regard for stylistic intents and categories this is a confusing mash-up of bracing flavors.

Sample on tap at Bires et saveurs (Chambly). POurs clear golden with tiny white head. Aroma: bananas, malt, hops, wheat. Taste: wheat and malts, not very fruity. Medium bodied and carbonation. Refreshing.

Bomber. Poured a hazy golden color with a nice white top. Nice floral aroma. Overkill on the coriander and ginger! What an awful taste leads to an awful palate. Not a fan of this brew

Bottle. Quite a bit of ginger in the nose of this one. The taste has hints of ginger, but the coriander really comes through. Very light and easy, but slight sweetness in there.

Had this at the 2012 Twin Cities Beer Festival. Had a weird peach funk, rather bland taste.

650ml bottle pours a light golden orange color with a 2 finger white head that settles to reveal some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is light orange with some spices (coriander and ginger) and grass with some citrus. Taste is mild orange with some light malty sweetness and grassy with citrus hop bitterness. Light to medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation. Quite a refreshing ale that is worthy of a tasting.

On tap at Pour House with Keith, cloudy gold pour with no head and only a spec of lacing. Aromas are filled with lemons, orange, strong wheat, bready grains, some fresh grass. Taste is a very sessionable and lightly flavored wheat beer with some nice hops and malts to balance it out. Very crisp and refreshing wheat weizen.

Pours a slightly hazy orange copper with a small white bubbly head. Aroma is light, some wheat, flowery notes. Flavor is fair, mostly wheat, again some flowery notes, a little citrus.

Bottle from Bruisin Ales. Pours golden with an inch of white head that rapidly disappears. Not a lot going on on the nose. A lot of ginger on the tongue and especially in the finish. Odd interpretation of a wit unless you really dig ginger.
