Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, with bitterish, roasty, hoppy and nutty notes. Hints of honey. Roasty aftertaste with estery notes. Well-balanced, well-carbonated and very enjoyable. UPDATED: JAN 10, 2018 Dark brown colour with a really smooth taste of hazelnut and some chocolate taste. Blastomorpha (150) - - DEC 31, 2017
Pours dark brown with ruby reflections, one finger, quick to disappear nutty brown head.
Aroma is dominated by the hazelnuts, no kidding, it's like onening a jar of nuts spread. Some roasted malts too.
Taste too is a nutty bomb, a mix of roasted and raw, with a smooth malty finish and very light bitter aftertaste.
Medium body and low carbonated, creamy texture.
Wow, this is the first Rogue that really impressed me. rusos (801) - Stupava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - DEC 31, 2017

on tap from punk craft in moscow, 650 rub/l. pours a hazy mahogany amber with a steady head. aroma of hazelnut cake, biscuit, some chocolate. this is probably the first beer I've tried with "hazelnut" in the name which actually has that strong hazelnut aroma. flavour of hazelnuts, toasted malts, vanilla, a hint of chocolate. not too sweet, light body (especially considering the aroma). interesting.

The hazelnut taste is there you taste it right away. It is a smooth beer but somehow it does not appeal to me. It just tastes too bland and not exciting. It has a very distinct taste that does not excite my taste buds. Sorry! ghost6450 (2) - - DEC 24, 2017 does not count
UPDATED: DEC 24, 2017 Wonderful taste from the first sip, until the last hint of aftertaste. Caramel and hazelnut nodes bend together wonderfully on a crisp, refreshing, but not overwhelming ale. wombat23 (2147) - Texas, USA - DEC 22, 2017
