Juniper Pale Ale: the new package for Yellow Snow Ale (winter 2004/2005). While the recipe (a pale ale infused with whole juniper berries) on the label remain the same, the name and label are new for 2005. Juniper Pale Ale is available in the classic 22-ounce bottle and on draft. Also known as Pale Rain. Measurements: 13 degrees Plato, IBU 34, Apparent Attenuation 77, Lovibond 3.2.

Couleur jaune trouble, trs lgre mousse. Nez caramel avec notes florales. Gout caramel, avec notes florales, de violette, et trs amer sapin et herbe seche. Bon corps legerement onctueux. Fin caramel leger et amere.

Bottle 12 oz from Dranken Geers Gent Belgium.Taste at Graslei Gent Belgium.08.08.2015.Pour it little bit hazy orange color with small white head.Aroma pine.Taste of pine, grapefruit, smooth, but for me missing carbonation.

It pours hazy golden-orange with a white creamy head. Aroma is malty citrus. Taste is mostly malts, honey, some bitter herbs or similar (probably the juniper berries which Ive never tried), quite well balance and easily quaffable. Nice early evening beer.
