COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Juniper Pale Ale: the new package for Yellow Snow Ale (winter 2004/2005). While the recipe (a pale ale infused with whole juniper berries) on the label remain the same, the name and label are new for 2005. Juniper Pale Ale is available in the classic 22-ounce bottle and on draft. Also known as Pale Rain. Measurements: 13 degrees Plato, IBU 34, Apparent Attenuation 77, Lovibond 3.2.

Bottle. Lots of sweet, floral notes, somewhat piney, juniper-like. Moderate body, carbo a bit over moderate. A bit dry in the finish. Tasty.

Bevi una pale Ale americana spezziata con bacche di ginepro e ti aspetti un cazzotto al naso ed al palato. Invece la parola d’ordine è : equilibrio! Al naso emergonoo sentori di caramello e resine balsamiche, con un bouquet floreale ed erbaceo. Anche al palato è equilibrata e le note di ginepro, sono elegantemente percepibili.

Couleur jaune trouble, très légère mousse. Nez caramel avec notes florales. Gout caramel, avec notes florales, de violette, et très amer sapin et herbe seche. Bon corps legerement onctueux. Fin caramel leger et amere.
