Draft at Capital Ale House Innsbrook. Amber orange, hint of red, slight head. Faintly earthy and herbal aroma. Flavor light biscuit malt and greenish herbal hops. Came across as a bit simple. Not bad, but not great either. LinusStick (3473) - Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 25, 2007
On tap at Mad Mex Robinson-Blah. I don’t know what they were trying to accomplish with this one. Pour was a dark murky orange with a 2 finger white head. Aroma of faint hops but no too strong. Taste was like a flat IPA. LIttle carbonation with a thin mouthfeel, piney and citrus hops in the taste with a lingering burny finish. cheap (5911) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 11, 2007
On tap at the Mad Mex in Robinson. Aroma is hoppy floral but not excessive. Clear darker orange brown is the color of this brew. Has a thin tea froth for a head. The palate is virtually flat. There is some hop bitterness on the tongue during the initial tasting. Odd and malty. Some grapefruit rind bite on the back of the throat. I gusss this is some kind of pale ale from the taste. Medium medicinal bitterness continues to build on the back of the throat during the session. Different and unique. Comes on rather mild then immediately starts it’s ascent into hop offensiveness. Bitterness hangs for a while after the finish. SpringsLicker (3644) - Tennessee, USA - AUG 1, 2007
Draught at Barley’s in Knoxville.
Fairly clear medium amber body with just a touch of haze, under a fleeting off-white head.
Toasty malt aroma.
Slightly bitter in the balance.
This tastes typically like the majority of Rogues’ beers. corby112 (2804) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 28, 2007
Pours a light golden color with thin white head. A decent balance of hops and maltiness but nothing special.

Draft at Green Leafe. Chalky brown beer that has a nice pillowy head if the bartender would let it. Just a kind of musty aroma, mashy and airy. Drinks like a down-the-gullet American amber. Almost a fruity-berry thing going on at first, but then transforms into a tart, chewy, gristy thing as it goes down the pipes. Decent. This was a pretty decent beer, in the small sample that I had. Didn’t think it had that much alcohol and was a bit creamy. For some reason it just seemed like a normal beer. Need to try it again in a full glass to get a better idea. stegosaurus (1882) - Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 10, 2007
On draft @ Issac Newton’s with Mad Indian. Pours golden with a thin white head, that quickly disapates. Aroma of caramel malts, citrus, and hops. The flavor is sweet upfront, citrus, light fruit, caramel, mild bitterness. MadIndian (2743) - Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 10, 2007
Sampled with Stegosaurus on tap at Issac Newtons. Clear pour with thin head that dissapears quickly. Not much of an aroma , some hop maybe some noticeable malt. Not much of a flavor. It was very un imaginative for me. Not horrible but just below average. Nothing special. HopBackDoc (474) - Hatboro, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 9, 2007
On tap at Isaac Newtons. Clear amber color with thin white head. Aroma is caramel, grains, and a floral hop. Flavor was malts, honey, grains and a hop bitterness to finish. Medium body with soft carbonation.
