JaBier (8253) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - APR 4, 2011
Sample at Buckeye Beer Engine on 3/26/11. Clear amber pour with a medium off-white head. Bready munich malt aroma with some noble hops. Textbook dortmunder with munich malt flavor with noble hop crispness.

fiulijn (21214) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 1, 2010
Draught at Rattle ’n Hum, New York
Amber color. Light caramel aroma, dusty. Dry caramel flavor, an impression of honey. The final is lightly sweet. Simple.

puzzl (3264) - New York, New York, USA - NOV 11, 2009
Tap at Rattle’n’Hum. Darkish orange pour, no head. Way too dark for a dort. Generic grainy, lychee, squishy aroma. Boring vegetal flavor; too heavy.

tekhna (118) - California, USA - AUG 10, 2009
Ruby red/topaz gives way to sweet malt/cereal. A little too sweet, some fruits, low alcohol, sessionable by ABV, too sweet for it though.

troopie (2439) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - JUL 6, 2009
Draught. Poured red yellow with thin white head. A surprise as I had expected a lighter colour from a helles. Sweet malt aroma with some grassiness. Sweet malt flavour, but not cloying. Light enough to be a session beer. Lasting malty flavour with enough hops.

unclemattie (4406) - Georgia, USA - MAY 4, 2009
tap. Golden amber color. White head. Aroma is biscuity, straw, berry, classic German style nose, medicinal hops, hints of spicy vegetables (arugula). Light bodied. Flavor is crisp malt, Heavy hop. Perfect balance (like all Rogue beers).

Dogbrick (13759) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAR 30, 2009
Sample at Brew Kettle: The beer is a lightly hazy dark amber color with a thin off-white head that recedes quickly. Stringy lacing on the glass. The aroma is faintly sweet malt and grassy hops. Light body with grainy malt and light hops flavors. The finish is sweet and malty with a short mild hops aftertaste. Very run-of-the-mill overall.

maniac (3800) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAR 26, 2009
On tap at Capital Ale House - Midlothian on 03/12/2009. Called Rogue Collaboration, but this is about the only thing I could think this would be. Very clear amber body with a medium frothy off-white head. Sweet caramel and light floral hop aroma. Sweet caramel, honey, light fruitiness and grassy hop flavor. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Cable (286) - SE, Oklahoma, USA - FEB 21, 2009
Bottle. Pours hazy dark copper with a minimal white head and nice lacing. Grainy aroma as advertised. Sweet malt flavor. Lots of green apple flavor and that sucks. Medium-full bodied and smooth. Worst rogue beer ever.

alobar (3914) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 20, 2009
Draft. Clear amber color with no head. Aroma of malts, nuts, and barley. Flavor of roasted malts, nut and barley. Nice offering.
