phaleslu (10673) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 25, 2013
Pour from a 22 oz. bottle shared by brew33crew- thanks again, Jason! Pours a pale cloudy-yellow gold with a white head. Notes of wheat, pale malts, minerals, faint banana, straw, and light florals. Light-bodied, with high carbonation and a crisp, dry mouthfeel. Not bad, though off style. Very dull.

b3shine (9154) - Indiana, USA - NOV 25, 2013
Bomber to taster (shared by DrSilverworm). Looks solid; a very slightly hazy golden orange with fluffy off-white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells semi-sweet and yeasty with floral notes. Tastes like it smells, only a little milder, with a solid mouthfeel. Decent beer, but not very hefe-like.

Big bottle. Poured into sniffer glass. Golden straw color. Minimal head. Aroma of fruits, peels, Belgium candy yeast. Medium light sweetness. Average carbonation. Some banana and spice notes. Pretty good.

bubblehouse (1556) - louisville, Kentucky, USA - OCT 26, 2013
Not the worst beer but pretty bad by rogue standards. Rose flavor is lacking and it tastes more like an elevated budweiser than a hefe in my opinion.

TrappistenOli (319) - Bern, SWITZERLAND - OCT 9, 2013
Blond, relativ klar, blumiges aroma, geschmack etwas fad, relativ stark karbonisiert, etwas blumig, süffig ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Appearance: cloudy medium orange-gold, short-lived white head, minimal lacing. Aroma:wheat, slight coriander, orange peel, and maybe bubblegum. Taste: slightly musty, primarily with a wheat-heavy flavor, with minimal citrus accents. Finish: quickly fading, with a watery palate. Notes: Below average hefeweizen. Probably doesn’t help that there are probably hundreds of truly excellent hefeweizens out there at almost every store you can find, so when you run across one that doesn’t measure up, it’s really noticeable. This one had light flavors and a watery palate; would have liked a hint of the rose petals advertised on the bottle. I expect a lot better from these guys, but I guess they can’t all be winners.

750ml bottle from Total Wine in Boca Raton, FL. Traditional hefeweizen glass. Pours a deep yellow-light gold with medium head. Aroma was rather light with mostly a wheat beer smell. Not much on the citrus or rose petals. The taste was really lacking. It tasted like a light wheat beer. Blue Moon has more complexity than this beer. Very disappointed.

Zymurgeist2 (2366) - Redwood City, California, USA - JUL 21, 2013
On tap at Brewer’s on the Bay. Pale yellow and hazy with a full white head. Taste of slight spice and creaminess. Medium mouthfeel from the wheat.

airrick2003 (872) - Louisiana, USA - JUL 15, 2013
Appearance: hazy, a cross between gold and orange, has a small white head that dissipates quickly, very minimal lacing Aroma: floral, lemon, citrus, berry, faint Taste: coriander, lemon, some hints of bitterness on the finish Palate: highly carbonated, slight bitter aftertaste, dry mouthfeel, some alcohol shines thru Overall: nothing really stands out as amazing about this beer, not that it is bad just not enough flavor

Aholmb1 (134) - New Orleans, Louisiana, USA - JUL 15, 2013
Appearance: cloudy orange golden color, the head dissolved slightly fast, there was a two inch head momentarily, opaque coloring Aroma: wheat, floral, fruity, rose, citrus Taste: crisp, refreshing, more bitter than I expected, citrusy Palette: bitter, a little dry, light body Overall: this would be a great summer beer, different heifeweizen, has very unique key notes ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
