Bottle. The pour was a hazy dark yellow with some light brown undertones and a large (2-3 finger) white rocky head that reduced down to a small cap of foam, which produced some excellent streaky lacing. The aroma was of a light bread malt, a mild citrus hop and a sweaty yeast with notes of honey, citrus (lemon), wheat, a hint of spice and a mild floral scent. The taste had a lightly sweet wheat flavor with notes of honey and coriander early on and then flavor progressed into a much larger yeast taste with a hint of citrus, a touch of spiciness and a slight floral presence at the end. The flavor lasted and average duration after the swallow with a citrusy, yeasty, mildly spicy taste left to linger. Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a good strong lively carbonation. Overall a very tasty and refreshing yeasty brew that had a touch of spiciness and a nice floral twist, in fact this is what makes this beer different over other Hefeweizens...

Pours gold color. About two fingers bone colored head. Great lacing, long lasting head. Has some maybe pink colored floaties.

Aroma is maybe buttered rolls. I smell roses or something floral. Smells good, but odd.

Taste is honey sweet. Some floral. Crackery. Kinda bland.

Mouthfeel is medium light body. Good carbonation. Slightly tart.

Overall, this is okay. I don’t think the finished product exactly matches what they had in mind. It’s drinkable, enjoyable. It’s different, but that doesn’t mean that it’s not boring. I probably wouldn’t recommend it, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

22oz bottle. Poured a yellow color with an averaged sized head. Not my favorite style ... floral, grains, some fruits, and some herbalness.

Bottle. Didn’t really know what to expect from this beer but it was really good. Gold in color with a nice 3 finger head. Aroma was slightly sweet with notes of grains and touch of honey, no rose though. Taste was grains with a slight sweet flavor upfront and a well balanced finish.

well, MoM this is ok (but where are those rose petals?) But, actually, in dim light, or in very bright light, there is a red tint in the glass full, but sometimes, roses are not alwys red but the bottle tipped is w/out much residue. i like beer.

Kinda flat out of the bottle. The floral aroma and flavor is nice, but there’s not really a whole lot else going for it. Ends up being a little boring.

Piana drobna, niska.
AROMAT: Średnio intensywny. Dominują zboża. W tle nuty kwiatowe. Brak nut bananowych, goździków bardzo niewiele.
SMAK: Słodowe. Posmak chlebowo-kwaskowy. Goryczka niska, krótka.

Draught at ACBE. Wheat, honey, cherry, floral hops, hints of spice, earthy finish. Quite liked this one, pretty floral and refreshing.

I’ve never tasted rose petals. This is a pleasant beer and easy to drink. Not too high ABV so can drink many.

Maybe if I tried side by side, the roses would become more. Clear golden pour with ring of white head. Slight floral notes are present, but not abrassive. Yeasty bready character. Not all that refreshing. meh.
