Morimoto model in a 22oz bomber.
Honey colored and hazy with lots of co2 and a full off-white head. Aroma is of hops and malt with a strong metallic presence: one-dimensional. Flavor is citrusy; light and dry with a crisp hop finish and tartness. Palate is crisp and effervescent with a lingering metallic taste that is almost unwelcome. Refreshing and easy to drink, but not very well balanced. Might do better on a summer day.
Very mild flavors all around
Tingling on the tongue afterwards
Good to pair and not overpower food

Draft. Rogue morimoto soba ale. Hazy orange with a white head. Aroma of roasted buckwheat, malt, little fruity, slightly acidy. Flavour is well rounded with malts, roasted buckwheat, peach, other fruits, hops. Light to moderate bitter finish. Really good!

Hazy golden color. Dry, with a quite strong grainy character, a bit dusty and earthy, also weak in the final. But it has enough bitterness. I may be able to drink a small glass of it with some greasy food.
Simple beer, not bad.
On tap. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a small, creamy, long lasting, off white head that laces. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, grain, caramel and fruit. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, grain, fruit and red berries with almost no bitterness. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. A little weird but ok. thorongil2 (2997) - , Ontario, CANADA - SEP 3, 2016
(Tap) clear bright orange amber colour with a small beige head; aroma of honey; light, balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish

Mild floral hops nose with touches of malt. Cloudy, reddish pour with quick white foam. Much like an amber ale, malty sweetness up front with some hops toward the end. Light carbonation and light body. Would pair well with a range of food. Borup (14303) - Albertslund, DENMARK - JUN 13, 2016

, Copenhagen - orange amber pour with white head. Aroma and taste is grainy and malty with notes of stewed fruit, some spices, wheaty, malty, bit strange, not sure on this one.
12 ounce bottle from the brewery in Issaquah
A: light brown amber, hazy, small tan head that disappears quickly
Smell: not a lot of arroma, some grains
Taste: not a lot of taste, low bitterness
Palate: lively carbonation, finish is not abrupt but not long
Overall: good beer not ok to repeat, not to look for

A: Sweet. Burned plastic.... Some alcohol.
A: Golden, opaque. White and sparse head.
T: Same plastic taste. Very bitter. Some sourness. It’s possible to find some pleasant spiciness. Like a softened wasabi.
P: I find it more dense than I expected. It was a good surprise. Flows softly. Balanced carbonation. With a astringent finish.
O: Nice experience. But too expensive!
