As all Rogue beers, a real classy beer with lots of hops. I dig the chocolate and cottoncandy nose. Typically american. The taste is not so much remembered except for the hops and the cruel but nice palate that just keeps on growing.

A decent but not great beeras one expects from Rogue. colour lives up to the golden name. well balanced malt and hops but no flavours dominate so it ends up being a bland but pleasant ale.

This beer was nice, if not spectacular; having a slight bitterness and a smooth finish. Not bad for a golden ale, though not one of rogues great creations.

UPDATED: AUG 15, 2004 Cloudy orange with a good sized white head that quickly becomes a small head. Lightly hopped and sweet and boring.

Tasted like lemon-honey tea but had a healthy malt mouthfeel. Very hoppy as well. Not bad, just seems like somethings wrong.

Golden brown, some sediment, with a thin bone-tinted head. Hops in the nose bear a mild soapiness, accompanied by flowery yeast, citrus and hay.You have to work hard to decipher any flavor, of which only yeast, hops, and grapefruit are even remotely detectable. Medium-bodied and finishing on a mildly bitter note, this isnt watery, just flavorless.

Looks a lot like a Belgian. Smooth and hoppy. Not bad.
