From old tasting notes. Hazy Amber color with a pinkish hue. Small off-white head. Sweet berry aroma. Zesty malt flavor with strong fruity notes reminiscent of raspberries. Disappointingly insipid finish and aftertaste. kp (10881) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - SEP 1, 2007

Berry-licious to very last drop. A little to fuity for my liking but not horrible either. Whorthy of a try any time. DocLock (10973) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 7, 2004
Cellared. DEcent berry aroma, with a decent head. Tastes of berries, hops, and malt. Finishes sweet, with berries and some hops at the finish. I will miss this beer. Crit (4049) - Surrey, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 20, 2003
Highly carebonatd, gassy and fizzy. Rather subdued fruit taste, with a slight tartness. Not one of their better efforts.

This beer is pretty nice, smooth. Fairly sweet start and finish - nearly no bitterness at all. Small head fully diminishes, leaving a few minute lacings. This beer is pretty flavourful, but I was expecting a little stronger berry flavour. 'Tis a nice beer for after-dinner relaxation, or perhaps with some dessert, but forget about having it at a barbecue. vector (163) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAY 20, 2003
UPDATED: AUG 29, 2003 One of the better fruit beers I've had. Not too sweet, slightly sour, with a hint of berry flavor. Brew was obviously unfiltered as it was cloudy and had large sediment at the bottom of the bottle. I liked it better than the lambics I've tried. Some malt and hop present but not very pronounced. Overall, it smelled better than it tasted but it was certainly drinkable. Racegoer (355) - Indiana, Indiana, USA - NOV 8, 2002
Well they missed it here ,this is a good brewery, I just think they ought to focus on less beers and More quality, like 3 Floyds or Dogfish, not much here try again, another flavour maybe, fruity & sweet, not recommended by me. dins (266) - Texas, USA - MAR 28, 2002
I'd rather have a lambic. Slightly sweet with odd dryness in finish. Not an alco-pop but not quite a beer either. Little flavor outside of the fruit. Skred (107) - Houma, Louisiana, USA - MAR 14, 2002
While not totally offensive, is too sweet and the wrong kind of sweet (not malty-sweet) for beer.
