UPDATED: JUL 27, 2008 Draft at the brewery. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with lighter notes of acidity and oranges. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, honey, and oranges, leading to a dry wheaty finish where the note of honey lingers. Not my style.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. A muddy orange-brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of wheat and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and fruit, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is thin. [3/1/3/2/7=1.6]

Draught @ Rogue Ales and Public House, Portland, OR. Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity orange aroma with some hints of honey. Sweetish malty fruity orange flavor with some honey hints. Has a sweetish honey and orange finish.

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is honey and hops along with some yeast and fruits. Flavour is hops, honey and some rather salty and earthy notes. Very pleasant, but quite boring brew.

Draught at Rogue, Newport. Cloudy yellow. Strong orangey nose. Sweet and lightly yeasty with soft mouthfeel. Notes of ginger and other spices, low bitterness. A quaffer.

Hazy amber - orange beer. Low carbonation. Insipid watery beer with bare hints of honey and orange and not much else! Not good!

I was not a huge fan. Had it on tap at the Manchester Pub in East Midtown, NYC. Poured a light yellow with no head. Citrus aroma. Tasted sweet with a touch of orange but definitely weak. Very light-bodied. Went down pretty smoothly. Would opt for a different Rogue offering.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2011 2009-10-18, draught at Rattle ’n Hum, New York, 5.2% ABV, 5-2-5-2-9=23
Hazy blond color. Light flowery and tea aroma. Weak body, light flavor, light citrus fruits. Ordinary bitterness. Poor.

Bottle at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007, as Eugene City Honey Orange Wheat, 4.5%ABV, 6-1-5-2-10=24
Muddy fudge appearance. Delicate aroma and flavor, light wheat, light fruits (oranges?), but too much sediment. Refreshing; simple.

saxo (19522) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUL 27, 2012
Tap @ Rogue, Eugene. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are honey, wheat malt, yeasty notes and notes of orange as well. A few hops present as well.

harrisoni (19338) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - NOV 7, 2006
On tap at Rogue Public House, Portland. Cloudy green gold colour with thin white head. Fruity wheat, plenty of orange in evidence, but then not much else. Refreshing, but just a little dull.
