2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: NOV 30, 2013 22oz Bottle. The pour was a hazy medium orange with a large (2-3 finger) off white rocky head that lasted throughout and produced some good streaky lacing.
The aroma was kind of mild of floral and pine hops, a straw malt and a mild earthy cobweb yeast with a hint of caramel and citrus (lemon peel and orange peel).
The taste was moderately bitter with an ever so slight trace of caramel at first, and then very quickly became extremely bitter with a huge dose of a harsh bitter citrus peel at the end. The flavor hung around longer that I would have liked being mostly of a harsh bitter citrus peel taste and not much else.
Mouthfeel was just above light in body with an extremely dry texture and an almost prickly carbonation.
Overall an IPA that was just a bit harsher that I would have liked, to much citrus peel taste for my liking...
God humlet smag, men også en del sødme fra malten, og den har en fin bitterhed i eftersmagen amikhaylov (79) - Moscow, RUSSIA - AUG 26, 2017
0,355 bottle. Overall well-balanced IPA with Amarillo hops in focus. Fruity and sweet, nice bitterness, nice malty body. Not carbonated too much. Borup (14960) - Albertslund, DENMARK - AUG 8, 2017

Can. One-dimentional hop aroma. Moderately thick mouthfeel. Bitter finish. Can’t really judge appearance without being able to decant, which was disappointing. Desverger (12248) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 25, 2017
Can sourced from Toft Vin, shared at home with the fam - golden amber pour with white head. Sweet fruity and malty with a sweet caramel malty base, some tangerine and peach notes, hoppy bitter finish. DraftDodger (1622) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 10, 2017
Copenhagen 10/6 2017. 35,5 cl bottle from Skjold Burne. Yellow version of the Rogue label. Hailing guy in red outfit with clenched fist and Black dog. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with big white head. Settles as 2 cm thick pillowy head. Massive Lacing. Aroma is kind of weak. Lightly fruity, bitter. As the beer warms up it gets stronger with exotic fruit, light fermentation and citric notes. Soft carbonation and medium thick palate. Flavor is medium sweet followed by strong bitterness. Aftertaste is rather bitter with semi dry finish. An not overly aggressive IPA which never the less has a nice distinctive bitterness. Should be drunk lukewarm to get all the nuances. . Bottle from Drygate. You still don’t get them quite like this over in the UK. Dry, piney hops in the nose and even more dryness in the glass and in the mouth. Chewy, resinous, ever so slight malt. Great depth and a long bitter finish. Refined. Robust. Yes.
