Ugh, too perfume-like for me! I feel like a lady of evening in old Paris getting ready to seduce with my floral, fruity scent. Pinky amber with an ivory head and smelling of raspberries, honey and wheat. The taste is the same but gives this huge blast of floral perfume that is sickening and nukes the other flavours. The raspberry flavour starts off delicious but then it all ends there. Pass. monk191 (2023) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 31, 2014
A pretty decent raspberry, not too intense like many others. Pours an ok clear orange with a hint of red. Smells of raspberry, unlike the raspberry cheesecake of Garrison’s. The one is less creamy, but more straight raspberry, with a crisper finish. Had on tap at the brewpub. HeistAlmighty (1156) - Saint John, New Brunswick, CANADA - NOV 27, 2012
12oz draft as "Raspberry Wheat". Filtered pinkish yellow with moderate sticky white head. Aroma is sweet raspberry. Taste has a little more tart and grain. Body is rather light, but not very crisp. Overall, reminded me of sparkling juice. rejtable (2818) - Ontario, CANADA - AUG 9, 2011
On tap from brewpub. Meh. Huge raspberry presence, but I didn’t get much else from it. Spab (4002) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 4, 2010
On tap at brewpub (as Raspberry Wheat). Pours a clear dark orange with moderate-sized white head; decent retention. Aroma of tart raspberries and grains. Taste is mostly tart raspberries. Light body and carbonation. Fine, but there are better fruit beers out there, even in NS.

Billed as raspberry wheat at the brewpub. Clear, rose-colored, with little head. Sweet soda pop aroma. Thin mouthfeel but not too fizzy. Gentle carbonation. Some initial fruit tartness but sweet yeasty middle and sweet yeasty finish that isn’t all that bad. Has some yeast complexity. Gethinbeer (2452) - Nova Scotia, CANADA - NOV 24, 2007
On tap in the Rogues Roost, Halifax. Strong raspberry aroma. Pink/purple appearance with no head. Thin raspberry flavour, a little like a cordial. Not my cup of tea. tomthompson89 (1982) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 27, 2007
nice amber color, some head, good rasberry aroma, tastes to me like real ras were used, kinda thin on the palate, decent summer refresher muzzlehatch (4970) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 8, 2007
Draught sample at the brewpub, May 2007. Lightly hazy amber in color with a touch of lasting head....faint raspberry soda aroma, a bit of cookie/marzipan character....rather faky, juice-from-a-bottle fruit flavor, a bit sour, thin and quite watery but not too terrible. Why continue to submit myself to these things? Oh, it was something to do and it was convenient to where we were walking....I have an excuse, honestly. probstblueribbon (3791) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - APR 12, 2007
Sampled at the brewpub, cold. AP11/07
App.: Slightly hazy, pinkish-copper, no head.
Aroma: An assault of candy-like raspberry, a slight vinous tang after that and not much else.
Palate: Medium-light body, somewhat sharp, effervescent carbonation.
Flav.: More of that artificial raspberry, a little tang, maybe hints of malt behind that; nothing but raspberry to finish.
Menu says: “...sure to please even the hesitant beer drinker.” No kidding! This is pop-beer.
