(Rating #1600)

Hermod (7691) - Vantaa, FINLAND - NOV 11, 2009
50cl bottle, local store. Pours copper color with a thin white head. Aroma is quite hoppy, flavor has malt and caramel, slighlty sweet. Drinkable, but not that special, probably won´t try it again.

larsga (7508) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 1, 2014
Medium beige head. Clear brown body with strong carbonation. Rubbery grainy aroma with boiled water notes. Dry dusty grainy caramel taste with strawy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mealy mouthfeel. Dryish resiny rubbery dusty aftertaste with caramel and crisp rye bread notes. Minerals, too. Nice, drinkable, pleasant. (0.5l bottle from some alcohol shop in Warsaw.)

Glouglouburp (6103) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - APR 9, 2008
In short: A boring amber lager. Basic cereals, no hops. Bland.
How: Bottle, fresh, purchased in Prague and drank the following week at back from Europe tasting session with Montreal crew
The look: Clear amber body with a very small off-white head
In long: Aroma of manure but somehow not really unpleasant, this takes barnyard aroma a step further (a step too far). Taste of oily whole-wheat cereals with some oily soft toffee/caramel in the back. A distant woody note. Rather boring really. Has all the class and elegance of its label.

3.4
jaghana (6013) - Strasbourg (Alsace), FRANCE - JUN 3, 2017
Bottle 50cl, a clear copper beer with low head. Nose is on blond caramel, toasted caramel, aroma is on toasted caramel, almond, touch of formic acid, hay hops, sugary finish, good.
