Frallan's rating

3.1
Frallan (38) - Stockholm, - JUN 8, 2012
Pours amber from the 500 ml bottle with a decent head that leaves some long lived lace. Smells like a pilsner should. A slight chemical taste is the first that assaults the tastbuds. Leaves a long hops aftertaste that is not unpleasant.

Piana niska, barwa słomkowa. W aromacie diacetyl i jasne pieczywo. Wysokie wysycenie. W smaku słód. Chmielu nie czuć. Nawet spora goryczka, nie jest zalegająca.

WarMan04 (303) - Bydgoszcz, POLAND - MAR 23, 2017
Pours golden colour with a small, white head. Aroma malts, bready and diacetyl. Some hoppy, grassy notes too. Mediocre. Taste is malty, grainy, mostly sweet. Then, metallic notes. Full body, medium, grassy bitterness. Too low for me, because this beer is too sweet and malty. It’s hard to find Czech pilsners’ attributes.

Dobre czeskie piwo. Goryczkowe, bez wiekszych wad. Du?o lepsze ni? polskie piwa koncernowe.

Bottle from Premium Czech Beers online. Pours clear amber with a short-lived thin white head. Aromas are honey-sweet, metal and corn. Taste is astringent, floral to soapy hoppiness, more metal. Astringent finish.

Bottle of Rohozec dvanactka svetly lezak premium on board Fridtjofen 18.12.16. Clear golden. White head and lacing. Fien aroma of Czech hops, Czech pilsner malt, meadows and an appropriate hint of butterscotch. Similar taste, with a touch of succade and jam. Good quaffability!

Bottle. Aroma is unpleasant corn, but also malt and grassy hops. Light bitterness, enough here. Golden colour, nice frothy head with fair lacing. Nothing spectacular, but ok.
Earlier Rating: 7/7/2013 Total Score: 2.1
Nose: heavy malty with a slight bit of caramel, not very pleasant. Colour: golden. Average head, does not last too long. Mouth: grassy hops, malt. Medium sweetness, bitterness a bit above average. Medium body, oily feel. Generally, too heavy for me, both the malty sweetness and the kind of bitterness it offers do not make a very drinkable beer.

1.5
EvNa (298) - NETHERLANDS - JUL 24, 2016
Bottle. Color: Clear golden. Dense white head. Taste: Starting with a minimum of taste. Watery, greasy, butter, lightly sweet. Finish lightly bittersweet. A bit unpleasant.
