Tap. Pours a hazy yellowish. Thin white head. hay, citrus, blueberry.medium sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, light body, fizzy. This beer for me has been hit or miss some times its so awesome wit the amount of blueberry coming thru. Very fresh. Other times it is kind of bitter almost like a alka seltzer. Its great when its good gross when its bad. This batch I had was good. generallee08 (772) - New York, USA - AUG 29, 2014
Rohrbachs BlueBeary Ale has a light yellow color with a slight haze. This is topped with a small bright white head that fades slowly and sets up a wispy thin covering. Lacing is mostly slick. The aroma has a light grain maltiness with some light citrus like hops notes and a very slight blueberry fruity sweetness. The flavor matches its aroma and offers a light pale grain and white bready malt base. Mixed in there is some modest blueberry syrup like sweetness. The finish adds a light citrus like hop flavor note and some drying bitterness. Overall the feel is light and a bit thin but drinkable. KyotoLefty (10254) - Kyoto, JAPAN - SEP 4, 2014
Tap at the brewery tasting room. Hazy golden color, fine head. Very aromatic blueberry nose, very fruity and realistic. Light hops and malt. Good beery flavor without being too sweet. Light bitterness. Well done. sinfull (1654) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - NOV 21, 2015
Hazy , golden color. Big , frothy head . Nice ,intense and natural aroma of blueberries with malty background. Fruity , refreshing taste with long-lasting , though mild bitterness in aftertaste. yesyouam (1016) - Fairport, New York, USA - NOV 28, 2008
Rohrbach BlueBeary Ale is a slightly hazy golden ale with a small white blotch of a head with some rainbow bubbles. The aroma is of fresh, light grain, blueberry, lemon and orange peel. It is a slightly sweet and medicinal nose. It has a very smooth medium-light body with a pretty crisp finish. The blueberry is not as prominent in the flavor as it is in the aroma. It has nice balance and good bitterness, which seems to come from Cascades.

Presentation: It was poured from tap and served in a pint glass at the Rohrbach brewpub.
Appearance: The body has a light yellow gold color with light haze and a small bright white head. The head slowly fades to wispy thin covering as I drink and makes a little bit of slick lacing along the way.
Smell: In the nose I pick up a delicate light grain with mellow citrus hops and a light blueberry sweetness.
Taste/Palate: Just like the nose, the flavor brings light pale grain and white bread maltiness with light citrus hops and a thin blueberry syrupy sweetness. The finish is light and fairly dry. Its light bodied and a bit thin but defiantly drinkable.
Notes: Overall it’s drinkable and clean but not something I will be seeking out. JaBier (7972) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - JUL 16, 2013
Sample at the brewpub on 7/1/13. Clear yellow pour with a thick off-white head. Aroma of blueberry extract and sweet malt. Malty flavor with a good amount of blueberry character before a sweet malt finish. french tickler (649) - Aylmer, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 28, 2009
Biere tres rafraichissante. johnnnniee (4312) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 18, 2016
Tap at the Brewpub
Mostly clear deep golden color. Faint blueberry and sweet bready maltiness with very little earthy hops to counter. A little sweet but drinkable. jgb9348 (6250) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - OCT 12, 2003
Nice pale orange colour, insanely blueberry smell! Great blueberry taste, not much else though! (This rating is from early in November 2002 found on my palm) I'll add more to this later if they have it on tap again!
