Bottle in Jerusalem. Exp date: 11/2013. Pours a dark rusty orange color, hazy with two-finger+ fluffy/rocky head that retains and laces beautifully. Very little in the way of carbonation visible. Aroma is bursting with citrus notes, particularly orange peel, but also a fresh bread-like/bakery sweetness riding shotgun. The aroma is really compelling, it’s hard to resist diving in with the mouth. Taste is delicious caramel malt up front -- makes me think of a tootsie roll. It then shifts into red grapefruit, intensely delicious, bitter hops. Medium carbonation makes all the flavors animated and dynamic in the mouth. Mouthfeel is generally medium -- not watery, not quite chewy. As beer warms, taste becomes sweeter in the first half, more like skittles than tootsie rolls, transitioning to honey in the middle, and then more of a resiny aftertaste. The aroma in the glass gets stickier-sweeter as the lacing along the sides dries. This is simply a delicious beverage, hard to drink just one, a pleasure through and through, and the #1 beer being brewed in Israel. dvirrr (4) - - OCT 11, 2012 does not count
Great bitterness and fruity tastes as an IPA should be. Good and stable foam for bottled beer. Overall a very nice and balanced IPA. tomer (3845) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - MAR 17, 2012
Draught at the brewery, stable lasting very creamy head that looks like whipped cream, hazy deepish orange colour, aroma of bread which is a little toasted, citrus, passion fruit, and mango with a piney hint, flavour of flowers, herbs, grapefruit and some bread in the back, very strong but mellow bitterness with a quite strong sourness complementing each other, long and longering bitter sour aftertase. A beautifully balanced IPA, probably the best in Israel right now. cattrall (55) - Midlevels, HONG KONG - FEB 17, 2015
A surprising and exceptional find in Israel. Excellent balance of hops and fruit. A wonderful ipa that could match many of the best coming out of the NW of the USA. CanCrusher (1178) - Ilirska Bistrica, SLOVENIA - DEC 29, 2016
Bottle 0,33L. Courtesy of Kita. Clear, dark copper/amber color with big, frothy, off-white head. Light aroma of pine, caramel, pepper. Taste starts caramely and heavy bitter with a hint of burnt malt and heavy bitter finish. Medium body, dry texture and soft carbonation. Another nice, very bitter ipa from Israel.

Deep copper with a small but stable head. Aroma of American hops, grapefruit, and grass. Firm bitterness with malt tones that balance it out nicely and a long palate. This is one of those rare IPAs that manages to have a lot of hopping, and still be balanced and highly drinkable. Zita (6331) - Assentoft, DENMARK - AUG 26, 2012
