Bottle from De Molens beer shop. Aroma is fruity but not clean, a harsh bitterness striking in with some unpleasant yeasty notes. The appearance is typical De Molen (it’s brewed at their brewery), hazy with a nice thick foam. The taste is metallic bitter with some fruity notes from the hops.
In overall, I just cannot see what everyone else is bragging about, this beer is quite below average... :-( jerohen (2380) - Bussum, NETHERLANDS - APR 14, 2012
UPDATED: APR 21, 2012 Bottled at Rooie Dop tasting at De Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Dark golden/copper colored, thick lasting head. Strong hoppy nose, very fruity, grapefruit, pine, nice. Strong hopbitter flavor, fruity notes again, not extremely complex. Dry and bitter finish. An easy to drink American style IPA. TrefwoordPunk (1332) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - APR 13, 2012
Bottle 33 cl. Pours orange with a medium white head and an aroma of fresh, sweet citrus fruits and hops. The taste starts out sweet, fruity without being sugary at all. After that a really nice hoppy bitterness comes kicking in. A really nice beer! MaartenRF10 (1959) - Wageningen, NETHERLANDS - APR 13, 2012
Hazy dark amber colour with a very decent beige head. Aroma is lots of fruity hop, rather sweet. Taste is again a lot of fruity flowery hops with something almost medicinal hidden somewhere. Not unpleasant though. Nice bitterness. Good body and carbo. Well done. Bullit (4845) - Buffalo, New York, USA - APR 11, 2012
Bottle from Burg Bieren. Was really looking forward to this one. Pours a hazy dark orange coloured beer with an off-white head. Nose is initially grapefruits, oranges, slightly floral. Flavour is grapefruits and oranges. Crisp and dry, fairly bitter. Medium carbonation. Fairly bitter and slightly dry finish. Really well done.

Nice copper hazy body, big rocky head. Fragrant fresh aroma, floral and interesting. Drinkable body, not too full. Flavourful and a solid bitterness. Especially nice aftertaste. Hard to rate, knowing the brewers, but I really like drinking this. More please! (33cl bottle, gift from Cesar) Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - APR 6, 2012
Bottle at mini-dEnk tasting. Hazy golden pour, solid white head. Aroma is quite fruity, sharp in-your-face hops, grapefruit and floral hops. Flavor is bitter hops, floral hops and more fruits. Nice balanced IPA, full bodied but a bit low on carbonation. dEnk (4200) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - APR 2, 2012
Bottle @ home. Aroma is very hoppy, loads of grapefruit, orange and other fruits. Flavour is medium to strong hop bitterness, again ver fruity, some flower as well. Nice and fitting malt note with a touch of sweetness.
The hops linger on for quite a bit, finishing with grapefruit and some caramel from the malt. Nice one. meerbier (1474) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - MAR 15, 2012
Malty backbone with floral and fruity hops. Golden amber, off-white head, good lace. Sweet, very malty, nice bitternes increasing towards and in the finish, very fruity, light herbal, light grassy. Medium to full bodied. Great balance, flavourful yet easy going IPA.
