330ml bottle shared at cloisters. Pours dark brown, thin tan head. Massive green coffee bean aromas, not much else. Taste is coffee, light sweet chocolate finish. Coffee coffee coffee. danielyabu (1698) - União da Vitória, BRAZIL - DEC 28, 2014
small frothy offwhite head. fair lacing. mostly diminishing. flat thick black body. aroma: heavy roasted malty, dark chocolate, mild coffee. if: light sweet moderate bitter. ff: very light sweet moderate bitter; long duration. palate: medium body, watery/oily texture, lively carbonation, metallic finish.

UPDATED: FEB 8, 2015 Bottle, 33cl. Pours black coffee with a small head that goes away quite rapidly. Aroma is dominated by the freshy grinded coffee but not of the highest quality (doesn?t mean that its of bad quality) - it smells more like the coffee roasting factory than coffeehouse. Taste is very coffee-like but very sour (which is typical for some coffee), background filled with light bittereness. It is not creamy and very much of black coffee style. Alcohol is hidden perfectly. Very drinkable, but feels too watery to me, could be more thick. Bosbouw (2984) - Gemonde, NETHERLANDS - DEC 19, 2014
Beetje gusher. MooiezwRte kleur met een volle lichtbruine kraag. Ruikt fruit, vanille. Smaakt zoetig, iets bitter. Wei ig uitgesproken smaken. Erg veel koolzuur. Schuimt de bakkes uit. Kita (2211) - Koper, SLOVENIA - DEC 6, 2014
Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy almost black color with medium frothy light brown head, fair lacing and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of coffee, chocolate and caramel. Taste starts with light sweet but rich roasted malt, follows b coffee and smooth milk chocolate, mild spicy mouthfeel and light bitter finish. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. That’s my coffee substitute...

Pitch black transparent beer with brown highlights and a weak head.
Smell is ash mixed with sourwood, drop and coffee bitterness. Touch of leather and espresso warmth. Roasted almonds, salty. Very subtle smokiness and dark fruit.
Taste is dominated by coffee bitterness with a real coffee taste. Unfortunately a bit too watery making the taste a bit faded. Finish is ashy with a strange sweetish sourness. Almost like burnt bread.
An interesting idea but the balance doesn’t work for me. AndySnow (7975) - Huddinge, SWEDEN - NOV 17, 2014

Pours like oil, no head either... Coffee grind indeed, in nose and taste. Bit bolted on. Chicory. Hmm.. Tmoney99 (14856) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 2, 2014
Tap. Poured a dark brown color with an average frothy tan head that mostly lasted and produced good lacing. Moderate roasted dark malt and coffee aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium toasted sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. This is the good brew.
