75cl bottle, @ Waasmunster. Golden body, clear, white head, sticky & frothy. Aroma of ripe fruits, sweets, candy, ... Flavor dominantly sweet but it’s quite balanced. Good palate.
6/11/2011 75cl bottle @ Klaas’ place - BB: 7/6/14 (2011-630) Jerre (3800) - Waregem, BELGIUM - AUG 8, 2011
Clear orange beer, creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive with nice lacing. Aroma: bit sweet, overripe fruit, alcohol. MF: ok carbon, full body. Taste: flowery, some citrus, candi sugar, bit cheesy, grapefruit. Aftertaste: little bitter, candi sugar, pretty alcoholic, liquorice. Poured all of the 75cl bottle’s yeast into a small glass with some beer and then it was a bit fuller, creamier. But not exactly the best beer this brewery makes.
This beer was reated / present for foodpairing.
Taste from bottle 75 cl. @ WBF Tasting 06.08.2011
Dark golden color, with a good white head.
Aroma spices, bit yeast, and aromatic hops.
Taste alcoholic, much aromatic,, hops but it’s not what we expected.
