My bottle says 5.5%abv.
Pours a slightly hazy pale gold, over a finger of foam. Lacing is good.
Smells of the saaz hops, biscuit malt, a touch of a fruity character.
Nice hoppy flavour, dry hopped eh?, some bready notes that also comes across as adding some sweetness. Toasted malt I get with a few swishes. Not sure how fresh this is as there's no dating that I can find.
Decent spicy Pilsner and pretty cheap. ogre71 (359) - Utah, USA - JAN 29, 2016
Over all this is a good pilsner smooth easy to drink, has a light malty flavor no bitter after taste. Iphonephan (7512) - Jackson Hole/McLean, Virginia, USA - JUL 10, 2013

Appearance: Slightly cloudy yellow with a medium sized white head lots of lacing. Aroma was mild pils malts and fruit. Taste of light malts, berries, grainy with some bitterness in the finish. Nice and clean, refreshing.
on tap in layton 7/23/10.
hazy pour? with a white head and spotty foam.
it smells of oranges, apricots, pale malt and spicy hops.
the flavor is the same... not very lager-y or even pils-ish but it is pretty tasty, fruity and refreshing.

Draft at the Ogden pub. Visuals as expected ... Pale yellow, frothy. Biscuity, but pleasant, with a slight floral bite at the end. (#3651, 8/24/2009) douglas88 (9834) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUN 27, 2009
On tap at the Bayou. Pours a clear golden color with a large white head. The aroma is decent; a light citrus hop note, lots of earthy-sweet malts. The flavor was similar; lots of rich earthy sweet, almost buttery malts. A light hop presence. Not too bad. nearbeer (5712) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - SEP 26, 2007
Draft, Layton. Clear golden with a medium and creamy head that lasts. Honey and bitterish grass aroma. Honey flavor front with a nice slide to a slightly bitter finish. Great balance. Palate is creamy and nearly medium bodied. BrewDad (5667) - Olympia, Washington, USA - JUL 23, 2007
Great Utah Beer Run – Summer 2007
On Tap – Summer seasonal brew this was a light yellow color with a thin head. The aroma was that of deep malts and light hops and some light spices. Liked the flavor and this was a great cold beer for the hot day. A great place Roosters.
