Cask at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell on 30 Jun 2012. Poured a slightly hazy, mid golden colour, with a rocky white head. Aroma of citrus hops, tropical fruit and grain. Caramel in the flavour, with pineapple and peal. Finish was light, with some grass, bread and cereal.

(Cask at Black Door, 20141114) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had fruitiness and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Cask at the CP&K, Scopey’s Birthday Bash. Clear gold beer, little white head. Light dry palate with mild carbonation. Mild orange hops. Pretty dry finish. A bit non descript and I expect better from Roosters.
