Clear medium to dark red - brown amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110423]
