UPDATED: MAY 5, 2017 Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Pours clear paleish yellow. Aroma is light butter, malts, soft grassy hops. Body is light, crisply carbonated, but with a decent backbone, light butter flavours, some hay and corn. Thin palate, only carbonation left. As a simple everyday lager, good.

Many thanks for this beer to CH-303. 58cl Swing-Top bottle.

Bottle from Zurich lake campsite consumed at home, shared with Craig and Stella, Wednesday 10th August 2016 Pours light gold with a busy white head. Lots of burps, cereal and mmhhh... all a bit rather boring, thank heavens Craig and Stella shared this with me. A5 A4 T5 P3 Ov10 2.7

Pours a yellow color. Aroma is malty. Taste is standard Swiss lager with a crisp palate finish. Refreshing but nothing more

580ml Bottle from Drinks of the World, Basel (3 CHF):
An average pale lager with standard malts & grassy hops with light citrus on top of a semi-sweet taste & light bitterness beer but I’m not sure it’s one that I’d describe as being a must try. It was a crisp & clean beer that was definitely easy to drink but at least part of this was down to it being so light & basic.

Small white head, rim of lace pale golden beer. Faint herb, malts’ nose, not very distinctive. Sweetish, bit earthy flavour. Long listing dry malts flavours. Light body, faint slickness. Average. Or below.

(bottle) clear pale golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of nettles and herbal hops, with a hint of wax, some yoghurt, earth and yeast. flavour is more of the same, caramelized malts, bran flakes and butter, with some more yeast and a semi-dry chalky finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Pours gold wit a white head. Aromas of yeast and mild hops. Tastes crisp and clean with a short nicely sour finish. Mild carbonation and good lacing.

Drinks of the World, Bern flip top bottle: Pours pale with white head. Aroma is grainy. Taste is grainy and a bit bitter and grassy. Not a bad beer, but the new bottle design is more exciting than the beer.
