Bottle taken away from Butch Annie’s, Cambridge and drunk at home. Reddish brown, maybe close to a burnt sienna crayon. Hazy. Aroma of nutmeg, yeast rolls, crème brûlée, biscuit spread. Sweet taste with a slight fruity sour note. The long finish is similar, with a spicy yeast note in the aftertaste. Enjoyable.

josanguapo (1674) - SPAIN - AUG 14, 2015
From Club del Gourmet of El Corte Ingles. In Duvel glass. Watching Vikings 1x05. Aspect is bad, unappetizing color. However, the taste is good and the aroma is excellent

@Spain, bottle 33cl, 7%, 2015. from local supermarket, amber pour with a white head, aroma of caramel, herbs, sweet malts, some weirdness. Taste of sweet malts, medium sweetness, weak bitterness, some herbal and spicy taste, fruits, lots of co2, medium body, however i didn´t like it at 32 degrees...

jamaty (2141) - Madrid, SPAIN - JUL 14, 2015
Ambar oscura, dos dedos de espuma manchada. Aroma no muy marcado, malteado, notas verbales. Sabor muy malteado, miel y caramelo, con cierto tono agrio que no acaba de molestar, pero tampoco convence. Final amargo, algo herbal. Mediocre.

miquelcrush (2053) - Granollers, SPAIN - JUL 9, 2015
Cervesa on destaca plenament la malta amb tocs dolços i a caramel. Cerveza donde destaca plenamente la malta con toques dulces y a caramelo.

Weird but not really coffee taste. Actually is more like cherry slight flavor... Not bad, but not what I expected!

janubio (852) - SPAIN - FEB 8, 2015
Hazy amber colour, small head that vanishes soon. No lace. Aroma of spices, caramel, nutmeg. Medium body, creamy palate. Taste of fruits, spices and caramel. Not bad.

deanso (10132) - Chiang Mai, THAILAND - DEC 11, 2014
33cl bottle. Thick creamy white head. Clear light amber pour. Subtle herbal taste. Not bad.

melush (4065) - SPAIN - NOV 28, 2014
Botella de 33 cl, adquirida en El Corte Ingles. Color ambar. Sabir a malta, dulce, afrutado.

erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - SEP 22, 2013
Glowing body, light brown and with stable frothy head. Candy sugar, sweaty malts, fairly clean yeast, bit of spices. Better than I expected. Taste is thin though and simple, bit too much nutmeg and big bubbles that don’t fit the light cookie body. Still, it’s not a bad brew, but if you make a Belgian strong ale at least try to make it as rich and full bodied, or go a modern route. (33cl bottle from La Birreria Andorra)
