A very hazy dark orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is very spicy with ginger standing out together with hops. The flavor is sweet again with strong notes of ginger, combined with grass, leading to a dry bitter end. I wonder if it is the Amarillo hops, that gives it the ginger note? joergen (29598) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 26, 2006

Bottle. Copper colour with an off-white head. Hoppy malty aroma with some hints of citrus. Malty hoppy bitter citrus flavor. Hoppy finish with a bitter aftertaste. Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 22, 2007
(Bottle 50 cl) Very unclear, dark amber with a small, rough and almost absent, off-white head. Fairly spicy aroma - almost like ginger, but perhaps it’s just the hops. Surprisingly light body, a bit watery in fact. Raw and bitter finish. Not a very harmonious brew. 160107

Cloudy dark amber color; low carbonation and thin collar of foam. The aroma has some pine resins and herbs. The body is medium thick, with some malt, a lot of soft caramel, bitter but without an interesting quality in the hopping; it has some residual hop resins and butterscotch; the final is not only bitter but also a bit astringent, confirming a rough fermentation and maturation process. Unprofessional. saxo (19569) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - MAY 17, 2007
