Unclear hazy light to medium amber color with a small to average, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, spicy, coriander. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (230808)
Bottle, courtesy of Ungstrup. It pours a hazy, golden body and a small, off-white head. Sweet, slightly roasted aroma with some alcohol. Touch of spicyness too. Sugary sweet flavor with roasted malt and some alcohol, and a nice bitterness. The bitterness lasts into the finish, where it has company of some sweetness. Full-bodied, warming and sticky in the mouth. A nice, un-complex beer. (080823) Ungstrup (38138) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 28, 2008
Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, fruit, and spices, among them light notes of coriander as well as a light touch of alcohol. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of caramel, alcohol that tickles the tongue and palate, and burns lightly in the throat, it also has light notes of coriander, cloves, and pumpernickle bread. The finish is dry and spicy.

TFODRBSG08 Courtesy of Ungstrup. The color is murky orange and the aroma has notes of malt, caramel and coriander. The flavour has sweetness, notes of malt, light citrus, caramel and a little coriander. I expected to get of coriander kick, but it’s far from. IMO this beer is out of balance. Pours deep brown with a small, staying, off-white head. Aroma is spicy, vinious, yeast and only light coriander. Oily and good mouthfeel. Falvour has notes of rye bread, light coriander and yeast. Okay, though is it a bit weird for a tripel.
Muddy deep amber colour with a beige head. Aroma and taste is malty sweet with notes of caramel, bread and spices.
