50 cl bottle. Murky deep orange colour. Strange combination of high acidity with sweet hints of honey in the back. Not very pleasant.

Bottle at EsBF09 as Hr. Skovs Vinter. Mild cookie spice aroma. Cloudy dark red brown colour. The flavour is mildly roasted, slightly creamy. Low to medium bitterness. Hint of cookie spice, but well-balanced.

Dedollewaitor (16158) - Odense, DENMARK - OCT 27, 2009
Bottle @ Esbjerg Festival as: Det lille Bryggeri Vinter. Pours dark brown with a small creamy white head. Spicy and malty caramel with orange peel notes. Full bodied and a nice balance. Tasty

Ungstrup (37583) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 3, 2008
Bottled. A cloudy dark amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of over ripe fruits combined with medium notes of caramel and spices as well as just a hint of acidity. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of over ripe fruit plus prunes and spices with a caramel note in the back ground, as well as a slight acidity hitting the tip of the tongue very late. Is the acidity a slight infection? in a 6.5% beer?

ThomasE (5174) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 4, 2008
Cloudy amber colour with an off white head. Malty, fruity aroma with bread and caramel sweet notes. Malty, fruity and caramel sweet flavor.

Skinnyviking (9570) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 29, 2008
Bottle. High creamy and long lasting off-white head. Hazy dark orange body. The bottle text tells me that Zambean wood honey (?) has been used. I would never have guessed it. To me the aroma feels spicy / fruity with a good deal of hops. Flavour though is bitter sweet and fruity rather than spicy. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.

charlotte (5387) - rødovre, DENMARK - MAR 27, 2008
Hazy muddy brown colour with no head.Taste is sweet and sour with note of honey high carbonation and short finish.

Dark colour. Nice taste of honey, but nicely balanced with hops. A good beer to drink after dinner.
