Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours very dark brown with a decent beige/tan head. Rich roast malt aromas - rather dark malt. Medium body with watery/frothy carbonation. Flavoer is smooth dark toasted malt. Not at all sweet or sticky. Very smooth. Seems mild. Beerdrinker79 (2188) - Idaho, USA - DEC 3, 2009
22 oz. bottle- Pours almost black with little head, aroma isn’t much, some malt. The flavor is also very malty with a bitter aftertaste, it’s mellow, drinkable and interesting but not great. dwyerpg (6368) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - NOV 18, 2009
A bit malty in the aroma. Red color. Malty, a bit of roast but very slight. Pretty good beer, but only at the beginning of an evening. A tad malty as well. Skyview (6093) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - JUN 7, 2009
Received a 22-oz bomber via trade with 5000. Pours a semi-clear light brown colored brew with a thin off-white head that quickly dissipates to a thin white ring. Aroma of roasted caramel malt, some toffee, toasted biscuits, and a hint of chocolate. Taste is medium bodied, with flavors of powdered roasted caramel malt, a hint of ice tea, some biscuits and toffee. Finish is slightly chalky, semi-dry, with a powdered caramel malt aftertaste that slowly disappears. Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - FEB 6, 2009
Pottle shared by puzzl. Pours a deep dark copper/brown and a thin head. Aroma is light toffee, sligiht diacetyl, caramel, toast and a bit stale and crackery. Slightly sweet flavor, toasty, light chocoalte malt, mostly dusty and nutty, with a slightly slick diacetyl. Mild sweetness in the edn with an herbal finish.

Deep brown beer, no head. Aroma is farily clean. Sweet toast and toffee. Caramelly and well decocted. Flavour is okay, a bit plasticy, but otherwise nicely sweet and toasty. PilsnerPeter (3048) - Flushing, New York, USA - DEC 17, 2008
Bottle shared by puzzl. Pours a deep rusty copper color with a wisp light tan head. The aroma showcases some soft toasted chocolate, as well as a sweet spiciness-clove perhaps. Thin body, but the flavor has decent malt character offering some dark caramel and brad crust. Mild bitterness, a bit attenuated overall, but no severe flaws. puzzl (3260) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 16, 2008
Bottle from someone I forget who. Smells a lot like a pumpkin beer, or just pumpkin pie spice, kind of odd, but not too bad. Sweet a chewy flavor, easily drinkable, cookie, veggies, perhaps a bit flawed, but fairly nice. carruthm (1401) - Seattle, Washington, USA - OCT 4, 2008

Draught @ WABF 2008. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a malty caramel aroma with some weak hints of hops. Sweetish slightly roasted malty caramel flavor with some bready hints. Also some hoppy hints. Sweetish malty caramel finish.
