Deep blond color; creamy head. This beer has some malt character and some dirty water too, both aroma and flavor; ordinary bitterness.
Stopped by the brewery. The tap room wasn’t open yet so I grabbed this at the general store. Roslyn is only about one block long. Hazy amber colour with soft carbonation. The aroma has a slight malt accent. Fairly light on the palate, with subtle hints of caramel. The finish is rather quick. Nothing wrong with this beer, but nothing particularly right either.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours hazy amber gold with an ok foamy white head. Mixed aromas of light fruit and spicey grass. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is floral/fruity/grassy over pale malt. Finishes nicely bitter. Damn tasty lager. DSG (15035) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - APR 7, 2015
Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks kerenmk. 4.5%. Hazy deep golden. Aroma of cardboard, honey and some fruitiness. Sweet flavor with graininess, honey, cardboard and a faint bitterish finish. Light-bodied. Old and unpleasant. 3fourths (9351) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - FEB 10, 2011
bottle. sparkling hazed gold body with a thick, tall-building white head. mild dusty corn and cream nose with quiet aroma hops. highly effervescent carbonation. medium-light body but still has some rounded chewiness. bittering hops seem suspended over the chewy, almost syrupy malt. hallertau don’t seem very central. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - JUL 30, 2007
22. Pours a pretty dark straw with a thin, blotchy white film of head. Sharp DMS and fusel nose. Nasty. Fizzy attack, light and watery body with skanky corn flavors. Not a pleasant beer, and nowhere near up to the standard of their "Roslyn" lager. Ernest (7747) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - SEP 27, 2014
Head is initially average sized, frothy, off-white, mostly lasting.
Body is dark yellow to light amber.
Aroma is moderately malty (toasted grain/bread, cookie), moderately hoppy (apricot, flowers), with notes of pear syrup, gum, and honey.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation.
A bit sweet and fruity, but it seems clean and the nose is pleasant. Rather ale-like.
