Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUN 28, 2010
It’s unclear, warm golden with a huge, creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of yeast and while still cold also quite a lot of clove, that disappears as it gets warmer, wheat, banana and light peach. The flavour is sweet has has notes of yeast, wheat, light clove (mostly when cold), banana and light peach and the finish is a little spicy.

Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - AUG 14, 2009
0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Hazy yellow color. The aromas of ripe banana, wheat and bread. Ripe banana, lemon, grapefruit, wheat, clove and pepper in the flavor. The carbonation is sharp, yet the palate is oily.

Oakes (17642) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 14, 2009
Darkish tan and quite cloudy with a very thick head. Very yeasty aroma with a slight malt accent. Very malty sweet example, kind of cloying really. Only a hint of yeast in the finish breaks it up.

Beershine (5224) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 23, 2009
Bottle. Murky yellow-brown with big head. Frightful looking, actually. Crazy yeast aromas. Orange mostly. Sticky, yeasty palate. Flavors are fun, though. Candy-sweet banana, lemon, orange, and cake.

Ungstrup (37558) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 7, 2008
Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of dusty hops as well as light notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of wheat, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

50 cL bottle as Roth weissbier premium. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Light bubblegum and wheaty aroma. Mild wheaty and towards spiced aroma. Wheaty and dry malty to slight estery flavoured. Ends medium dry and malty.

pivnizub (10612) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JUN 14, 2008
Bottle: Hazy, pale golden, big firm white head; lemons and bananas in the nose, traces of wheat detectable; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; sweetish-sourish (lemony) finish, rounded by a little tartness in the very end. Pleasant and refreshing.........

MoritzF (9901) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - JUN 1, 2008
(bottle) Cloudy, yellow colour with a big and stable foamy white head. Yeasty, sweet wheaty and slightly grainy aroma with strong notes of citrus. Sweet and minimal sourish fruity flavour, yeasty and grainy, moderately wheaty taste; rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation for a wheat beer; slightly sweet, grainy and slightly fruity finish with a tinge of acidity. Just a tad too slim but otherwise decent (01.06.08).

Bottle. Lemon, banana and wheat aroma. Light tannish yellow color - cloudy with small head. Lightly tart - banana, orange/lemon, cloves. Nice body. A very nice Hefe
