[backlog] 07-08-15 / 330ml bottle. I started rating my beers with Untappd and a few basic notes. Now I want to rate them on ratebeer. So my rating sometimes lack some information. Just ignore it, it is for my personal statistics. Untappd-Rating 2.5/5

Kolor z?oty, s?omkowy, klarowny. Piana ?rednio p?cherzykowa z wieloma du?ymi b?blami, nieznacznie zdobi kufel. Aromat chmielowy, ?wie?y, owocowo kwiatowy, delikatna s?odowo??. Smak: brakuje chmielowej ?wie?o?ci, jest s?odowo?? z delikatnymi miodowymi nutami. Na finiszu goryczka, typowa dla tych piw.

Bottle. Pours in light amber body with low white head. Aroma has malty character up first, light skunky, herbal. Taste has high earthy vegetable bitterness. Body is full, medium carbonation.

Nice bottle but no information in detail about the malts, hops and drinktemperature. Clear golden beer with very small and short white head, good balance, not too bitter, finish very short and not dominated, aroma is hoppy, thin texture, medium body, good German Pilsener, (I have 0.33l bottle with batch 3077112 and best-before 02.12.16)

Oh yeah...this is a REAL GERMAN PILS. The essence of this beer is one of complexity and, of course, utter quaffability. Those two characteristics are usually at odds with each other. But I find the best German Pils on the market can typically do both. The hops are fresh and rich, but never push the boundary past what a pilsener should be. It doesn’t taste like an IPA, in other words. The finish is a tantalizingly bitter and spicey hop medley that fills the mouth and back of the throat and lingers daintily and tastefully until the next sip...whenever that will be. Now that my all time favorite beer is no longer available in the USA (Lammsbrau Pilsener), I HOPE to be keeping cases of this magnificent stuff in my basement throughout the warmer months. An amazing beer.

0.33 l bottle. Pours golden color with nice thick white head. Malts, some corn in aroma. Well rounded bittersweet taste with bitterish finish. Light body, lively carbonated. Not too complex yet decent pilsner.
