DWG; Pours cloudy colden with a lasting frothy, lacing, white head. Nose is light roasted malt, caramel, yeast, apple, light tropic and light spice. Taste is light to moderate sweet, light bitter, light sour and light spicy with a somewhat lasting finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft to avarage. Bottle 0,33l. Pours a dark brown with thin head. Malty aroma with sweet hints of molasses and chocolate. Flavour has similar maltiness and flavour to the scent with a slight metallic edge.

650ml bottle pours a light brown color with a finger and a half of off-white head that leaves some spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild chocolate and light roasted grains with some hints of citrus. Taste is malty sweet with some chocolate and a light citrus hop bitterness. A decent brew for the style, but nothing really stands out. gramity (1675) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 8, 2012
Dark brown with tiny head. Aroma is sweet and malty with some cocoa. Tastes malty with some chocolate and molasses. Has a nice roasty character. Nothing really too noticeable in the beer. Pretty quaffable but not very interesting. VertBaconStrips (2392) - Blerkablerka, VENEZUELA - MAR 5, 2011
On tap at Wunder Bar. Considerate pour with the perfect sized creamy light brown cap with random bubbles peering out suspiciously and silty slippery lacing. The bar itself doesn’t have an odd smell this time. Good soft roast on the nose, some dirty chocolate, light hops, not much more. Smells pretty good though. Pretty much has a standard flavour profile for a byte than average brown. Solid roast with some bite and they a gentle fade out which works well. Moderate faceless fruit, some bitterness that dies, faint herbal thingies. Finishes soft with another beer sitting in front of me.

Bottle in trade. Decent aroma, mid-brown colour. Thin, little taste. Should not be a cask beer. Would try again fresh on tap.New brewery, I will consider changing this review in the spring when I am there, or if I somehow get to try it elsewhere changing my opinion. presario (4916) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 3, 2010
Bottle. Very thin head on dark brown beer. Malty aroma with sweet hints of molasses and chocolate. Flavour has similar maltiness and flavour to the scent with a slight metallic edge. Reminds me of what I recall Wild Rose Brown used to be on a good day. Nice finish and lasting roasty bitterness.
