COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Soft pillowy mouthfeel, hazy and non-filtered with juicy citrusy hops and a fluffy white head. This IPA features mid-low bitterness and a full, soft body while still finishing dry and clean like the rest of the Roughtail lineup. Simcoe hops are featured, with Citra and Mosaic providing backup and complexity.

Hazy orange with a small head. The aroma is nice, with some orange and citrus aromas. The flavor actually tastes like orange, with some more common hop character in there as well. Pretty good stuff.

Looks like orange juice; opaque orange, hint of a white head. Nose is orange pith right up front. The middle is soft orange and malt, very floral, pulpy body. Finish is bittrsweet citrus, hint of spruce.

UPDATED: NOV 28, 2017 Pours a very hazy orangish yellow color with white head. Juicy, very citrusy and juicy with some pine notes on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied and smooth. Finishes with more juiciness from the fruits and a nice pine undertone.

Pours a very murky pale golden color with a small off white head that settles to a persistent film. Aroma has that simcoe oniony smell, along with some orange peel, tangerine and some grassy character. Taste starts with orange zest and pith and some tropical flavors, then the simcoe chive emerges and mixes with the fruit flavors, giving it sort of a green character. Big flavors with a mild bitterness that does build the more you drink. Finishes mostly dry with lingering hop flavors. Very soft mouthfeel with a medium/full body. Certainly not the prettiest beer to look at in the glass, and a bit heavy in the body to truly qualify as refreshing, but nice flavors that go down easy.

12 oz can purchased at Harry’s Liquors in Leawood, Kansas. Canned 8/16/17 printed on bottom of can - 9 days old when consumed. The pour is a cloudy orange golden with a well formed and lasting foamy off white head. The aroma is brightly fresh orange citrus, resin, and a hint of pine. The taste is fresh orange and tangerine citrus, bitter peel, resin pine and clean cracker malt towards the back. The palate is medium bodied, unfiltered mouth feel, soft carbonation and a dry, citrus bitter resin finish. Nice mineral to the finish as well. Really fresh, clean flavors.
