A sour ale brewed in the tradition of the Weisse beers brewed in Berlin. We use pilsner, wheat and rye malts in the grist and allow it to naturally ferment before adding lactobacillus and brettanomyces. Crisp, tart and dry this beer can be consumed young, or aged for several years.
