Tap, brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow body with a small fizzy white head. Nice slightly fruity nose, very mild with light floral and German hop notes. The flavor is mild as well with just the right amount of hop bitterness and a soft bready malt base. Short finish, soft fizzy carbonation. This was a pretty nice Kolsch, better than average for a brewpub effort. Light and refreshing. Capa (3298) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - JUN 5, 2012
Clear golden. Light citrus and grassy aroma and flavor. Nice clean crisp finish. A bit heavy on the abv for a summer sipper but it is quite nice. Could easily get in trouble with this one. alobar (3793) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 19, 2012
Cloudy straw yellow color with a soapy white head. Aroma of spice, grass, and herbs. Grain, grass flavor with spice and herbs. Quite nice for a kolsch. Dry finish. yespr (45447) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - FEB 29, 2012
