Tap. Cloudy golden with a bright white head, nose intense ginger, some wheat, not at all overdone! Ginger again dominant in the mouth, plus super soft wheat, smooth medium-full body quite an experience, coating but without burn. Recommended for sure. On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange color with a medium white head. A big sweet fruity nose, some lemons and sweet honey. The flavor is spicy sweet lemons and spicy ginger, light sweet honey and toast. Very good. FROTHINGSLOSH (7796) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 25, 2015
Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium sized foamy white head that left no lacing. The aroma was faint with ginger powder and a hint of lemon. The flavor was ginger powder and a little bit of bread and cracker. Medium length ginger powder finish. Medium body. Pleasant. charule (2268) - New York, New York, USA - MAY 24, 2015
On tap at Arts wedding. Poured hazy brown orange with no head. Aroma sweet citrus ginger. Light carb med bod. Sweet ginger beer taste. Advocate_Ames (626) - Steubenville, Ohio, USA - APR 19, 2014
Pours a cloudy hay like color with a dissipating head that thins out. The aroma is of a lemon citrus with a mild to medium intensity of ginger, subtle wheat, and a sugary additive. While tasting I noticed the ginger wheat blend with a minor acidic citrus. There seems to be a semi bitter sweetness to this brew. It reminds me remotely of tea with a drop of honey that finishes off with a menthol like taste. Overall a solid drinkable and flavorful beverage.

Growler from the brewery. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of ginger, flowers, lemon, citrus, bready malt. Flavor of ginger followed by lemon, peppery spices, flowers, and bitter ginger with bready malts in the finish. An interesting take on a wheat beer and it’s not too overpowered by the ginger. It goes down easy on a warm spring or summer day.
